The night before
Getting ready takes one quiet evening
There is very little to do. We set an exact appointment time and we call if we are running more than 15 minutes late, so you know when to be ready. This is a short field guide to the day, in three stops: before we arrive, while we clean, and after we leave.
Before we arrive
Make room, vacuum, clear the floor
Leave room to park
We need parking for a medium commercial vehicle, because our solar-powered truck is the cleaning plant that pulls up outside. If you are not sure where it can go, mention it when you book and we will talk it through before the day.
Vacuum beforehand
A quick pass lifts the loose dust and hair so the hot water goes to work on what is left.
Pets, toys and bowls out
Please remove pets, toys and bowls from the rooms we are cleaning.
While we clean
Point out the spots, then let us work
Tell the technician about spots
Walk the tech through any stains, pet accidents or problem areas when they arrive. Knowing where they are lets us treat them properly.
We move your furniture
The technician moves furniture and returns it when the cleaning is done. The exceptions are very large or heavy pieces and electronics, which stay where they are.
Want it dry sooner?
Ask about accelerated drying, which takes about 3 to 4 hours. An extra charge may apply.
After we leave
Stay off it while it dries, and leave the sofa where it is

48 hours
Please do not rearrange furniture for 48 hours after the cleaning.
Keep off the carpet
Stay off it while it dries. Most carpet is dry within 1-3 hours.
A little rippling is normal
Carpet may ripple for 5-6 days after a cleaning.
All workmanship is guaranteed up to 15 days. If something looks off, call us.

Parking, a big piece of furniture, a stubborn spot: call and we will sort it out before the visit.
