Customer experience
You pick the system
We’re the only system on the market that allows the customer to choose which system best meets their needs. Both choices are full power hot water extraction, so the cleaning is the same. What changes is how the equipment reaches your carpet.
Two ways in, one clean
Which one fits your home
Option one
Portable steam system
No long hoses through the house. That avoids trip hazards and keeps hoses from damaging hardwood floors.
Portable carpet cleaning starts at $0.80 per square foot, and the minimum job is $150.00 for portable units.
Option two
In-house vacuum system
This setup may need a thin steam line from the vehicle. Truck mount carpet cleaning starts at $0.59 per square foot, and the minimum job is $130.00.
There is also a portable steamer as a third choice. Every option is full power hot water extraction.
The technology behind themThe visit
An exact time, and almost nothing for you to do
Exact appointment times
We set exact appointment times, not arrival windows. We’ll call you if running more than 15 minutes late. Next day and even same day appointments are available most days.

Nothing to set up
The visit asks little of you: no prep work, no need to move furniture, no need to pre-treat. Tell the technician about any spots when they arrive.
Guaranteed
All workmanship is guaranteed up to 15 days.
