Method
Full power hot water extraction. Hot water goes into the pile and the soil comes back out through the wand.
Formula
Non-residue formulas that rinse out with the soil, so nothing stays behind to attract the next spill. Safe for kids, pets, plants and allergy sensitive individuals.
Heavy soil
Sub-surface extractions for heavily soiled areas and rooms, where the dirt sits below what a surface pass can reach.

Steam, not spray
Deep and thorough, not a topical freshen

A topical freshen works on the surface of the carpet. Extraction works through the pile: hot water loosens the soil and the machine pulls it out with the water, so what you walk on afterward is carpet that has been rinsed, not carpet that has been scented.
Heavily soiled areas and rooms get sub-surface extractions on top of the standard pass. That is the do it the right way the first time approach in practice: the extra work is done during the visit, not promised for a second one.

We use the #1 recommended method of cleaning by carpet manufacturers and taught by the IICRC. Our non-residue formulas provide a thorough deep cleaning, and your carpet will be dry within 1-3 hours.
Need it dry sooner? Accelerated drying brings a slow room to 3 to 4 hours, and an extra charge may apply. Keep traffic off the carpet while it dries.
